infusion scan

infusion scan provides the end user with the ability to scan paper documents directly into infusion for viewing, or into web indexing for manual indexing, or even into infusion zone for zonal ocr (Optical Character Recognition) to automate the indexing process all together. Additionally, infusion scan has the ability to save documents as multi-page or single page documents, scan in black and white (1 bit), grayscale (8 bit), and color (24 bit) depending upon the scanner you choose to use.

infusion coversheet gives the end user the ability to scan large amounts of documents into Infusion quickly and efficiently. infusion scan reads the bar-coded sheets and applies the bar code information to pre-populate the indexes of all the scanned documents following the coversheet.

infusion queue is a Windows Service that resides on a server or workstation and provides the ability to transfer scanned or imported documents and files in the background and perform full page ocr (Optical Character Recognition) on each page before importing them into infusion.

infusion repository

Infusion Repository is an Windows Service that resides on a server or workstation and it provides the ability to capture scanned documents originating from a central copier with scanning capabilities or can collect documents or files from
a specified directory on a server or workstation and import them into infusion.

infusion tiff printer

infusion tiff printer gives the users the ability to print any document, image, or anything capable of being printed by selecting the infusion tiff printer as a standard printer. infusion tiff printer can be installed on the server or local workstation and shared on the network for use.

infusion zone

infusion zone applies barcode recognition and zonal ocr (Optical Character Recognition) to each page giving the system the ability to automatically capture pre-defined areas on a specified template (page) and populate infusion system indexes while adding office automation and efficiency. infusion zone can capture up to 15 zones of text or barcodes on any template, and there are no limits on the amount of templates the system can contain. If your company has many like documents (same type forms or documents) infusion zone is truly efficient and the accuracy rate is very high.
